1) Exchange
If you require an exchange within 7 days after receipt of the order except for the discount items, you can send in your request by email at shophk@aa-aquarium.com or our contact our customer services representative at 29519539, and we will be happy to process this for you. All return and re-shipping charges are at customer's liability. All merchandises and packaging should be in its original good conditions for return.
The value of the replacement merchandise should be equal to the price of the original merchandise. If the value of the replacement merchandise is higher than the original price, the customer is required to pay the difference.
Please note that, in your interests, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
2) Defective Items
If the item has arrived in defective, customers please contact Customer Services Representative at 29519539.
We will be responsible for shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
