1) General Delivery Arrangements
- Orders are only accepted for delivery in Hong Kong, we do not cater for international shipments.
- The order will be delivered within 7 days from the day of order
- Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect
- We will determine to use local courier or registered mail service provided by Hong Kong post depending on the location of the delivery address and size of the order.
- Should you wish to select the faster delivery service provided by local couriers, please provide a delivery address where there will be someone to attend to the courier during office hours.
- We operate from Monday to Fridays and are closed on weekends and public holidays. All inquiries outside operation hours will be attended to on the following day of operation.
- Orders for Outlying Islands will be delivered by local mail, additional costs will incur if weight is over 2 kgs and the order is subject to confirmation by phone
- Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect
2) Charges
- For purchases over $250, customers may choose to have their order delivered to EF Lockers free of charge. For orders under $250, a delivery fee of $30.00 will be charged.
- Free delivery for purchases over HK$500.For purchases less than $500, a delivery fee of $50.00 will be charged.
- For the order to be picked up at our store, allow 7 days and our store representative will contact you once the order is ready for pick up.

3) Delivery Charges for Aquariums
- Our customer service representative will contact you directly for delivery arrangements for purchases of 36" Aquariums or above
- Free delivery is offered for delivery according to the Company's schedule and timeframe.
- Delivery Fee is $100 for Tung Chug, Ma Wan, Hong Kong Airport, and $180 to Discovery Bay. This fee will apply to all aquariums over 17".
- A service fee of not less than or equal to $200 will be charged for delivery at Customer's requested schedule.
- Above charges do not include labour cost in delivering up the staircase. Details may be discussed if required.
- Delivery service is available from Monday to Friday during office hours and not available on weekends and public holidays.
- Orders for other Outlying Islands will not be accepted unless the customer can make their own delivery arrangements. Please contact our customer service representative for details.
